The terms that apply to your use of this instance are the operator's own. The bisibility hosted service terms do not apply here, and the bisibility project is not a party to your use of this deployment.
The bisibility software itself is open source under the AGPL-3.0 license. That license governs the code, not the way this instance is operated.
